-Smoked Salmon Crostini -Panzanella (Bread Salad) -Homemade Ragu with Pappardelle Pasta -Orange Cake

$110/per person (Includes: All the fun you can stand, cooking hands-on, then we feast on the meal and pretend we are in Tuscany while enjoying wine. You also get a packet of all the recipes).
